Designed using CAD technology, the COBB Black anodized billet shifter body is CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum. Fits 2002 2007 Subaru Impress WRX. Knob height - 1 higher to lower. Throw - 10% longer to 25% shorter after cutting the trim ring.
Micrometer in last picture NOT included with sale. Steel socket head screws are set in a counter bore for flush mount and provide clamping force to firmly hold the upper lower slider shafts place. This wide barrel is for the regular stock shifter. Compatible with the factory shift knob or any aftermarket knobs designed to replace unit.
Like our original design, the shift throw distance and knob height are independently adjustable both can easily be adjusted with shifter installed in vehicle. Used but recently purchased so in great condition. This design allows easy independent adjustment of shift knob height and shifter throw length , while being strong enough to stand up rowing through the gears with extreme enthusiasm.
