I do ship outside us. All levers moves but I would re-grease before using.

All research does say it fits console and non-console applications. The rods had some pitting but they were cleaned and painted with a high quality rust preventative temperature paint. Research is conflicting on what years this fits, some even says it fits the f bodies also. The knob does have some scratches and nicks.
