Lokar automatic floor shifter. It might as well work on a TH350 trans. This one has the long 32 inch handle on it, plus they have a safety lock-out button. Shipping is included.

This is case mounted and was bolted to a TH400 transmission. But I'm not sure. It also comes with a neutral safety switch. I removed this from my 1971 Chevy C-10 as went back to column shifter.

Its like new, the truck was rarely driven.
