The shifter had a bit of twist when installed. Dubbed the ultimate short shifter by UUC, this kit includes a proprietary billet carrier with set screws for adjustment. It features sealed lower pivot bearings and Deleon shift carrier bushings. It will not be included.

THIS is a E36 M3 420g UUC Evo3 Short Shifter, dual shear selector rod, and ZCP 6-speed shift knob. I did not attempt this fix as replaced it with a chassis mount shifter. Price reflects this defect. Also included: 109mm DSSR and Genuine BMW ZHP/ZCP 6 speed shift knob.

Overall, this short throw shifter reduces the factory by up to 35%. NOTE: one of the aluminum inserts for eyelet on bottom shifter arm is missing.
